Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom Orders
- Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these items. We encourage you to review all custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom order, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Non-Custom Items
- We accept returns of non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Sale items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, contact us for the address to ship the return.
- You WILL be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will NOT be included in your refund.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
